Order By Mail


  1. Download our Order Form HERE
  2. Complete the Order Form (Make sure you know how to measure for your door - If you're not sure, see video instructions HERE.
  3. Mail your Order Form along with a check payable to "Bearwassee" for payment of $100 as a deposit to:   Bearwassee, P.O. Box 121, Hiawassee, GA  30546
  4. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MC, Discover)
  5. We'll be in touch to confirm your info and start your order.


Frequently Asked Questions

  • How Long Does it Take to Receive My Screen Door?

    Once we have received and confirmed your order and have received your deposit, you can expect your screen door to be completed within 45 days.  If  there's a delay along the way, we'll be sure to keep you informed. We will contact you for pick up as soon as your door is completed.

  • What Size Screen Door Should I Order?

    Example: A standard entry door opening is 36” wide X 80.5” tall. We deduct 1⁄2 inch from the

    entry door opening measurements, making the screen door 35.5 X 80.

    It is very important to get the correct measurements, as these are custom screen doors made from your measurements.

  • Do You Ship Your Doors?

    We do not ship our doors due to potential damage to custom-made products.

  • What About Installation of My Screen Door?

    All hardware is included for you to install your door, or you can use your own installer. If

    needed, we can give you the name of a local installer.

  • How Should I Maintain My Door?

    Our doors need to be maintained for maximum life.  We stain all our doors with a Cabot  penetrating oil-based finish - Cedar color - that is great for exterior use.  Also available is a Lodge Brown color.

    We recommend that you apply an oil-based sealer yearly to maximize the life of your screen door.
